The body of a 14-year-old Casper boy reported missing from a Wind River Canyon campground Friday morning has been found.
According to a release from the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office, the sheriffs and Wyoming State Park Service were called to assist. The boy was later found deceased in the river from an apparent accidental drowning.
The incident is under investigation by the Wyoming State Parks Service Rangers and Fremont County Coroner’s Office.
There was no sign of foul play, said the release.
