CASPER, Wyo. — Casper firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Thursday night in Casper, according to a news release.

The first call for a structure fire came in just after 10 p.m. at the 2500 block of East 15th Street. Another call clarified that it was a vehicle behind the building, the release said.

Casper Fire-EMS arrived and found the vehicle, which was parked on a vacant field, to be completely engulfed in fire. The fire was contained and kept from spreading, the release said. No one was injured.

The release says five units responded to the call, and as of Friday morning there was no known cause and the fire was under investigation.
