CASPER, Wyo. — Local canines had a barking good time at Mike Sedar Pool today, as the local park hosted its annual Pooch Pool Party. Dozens of dogs and dog owners took part in the festivities throughout the day, enjoying one of the final weekends of summer before fall fully sets in.
