CASPER, Wyo. — Casperites are set to get a new option when it comes to Asian cuisine. A peek through the windows at 1120 East 12th Street reveals an interior decorated with statues of the Buddha and other Thai-style decor.
“Thai Kitchen” is also seeking to obtain a restaurant liquor license. That is according to the Casper City Council’s Tuesday, June 4 work packet.
The Council is expected to set June 18 as the public hearing date for consideration of Thai Kitchen’s request.

While the official opening date of the restaurant is unknown, business hours are listed on Thai Kitchen’s Facebook page.
Once open, restaurant goers can try out their food from 11 am to 2:30 pm or from 4:30-8 pm.
1120 East 12th Street was formerly the location of Prairie Wind Art Gallery.
If the City Council decides to grant the restaurant liquor license, Thai Kitchen would be allowed to start serving alcoholic beverages immediately.
