Tuesday evening, David Street Station was packed with families enjoying the National Night Out with the Casper Police Department and the Food For Thought Summer Market.

Lights flashed, sirens echoed, and children laughed as they checked out the police vehicles, ate donuts, and watched Chief McPheeters fall into the dunk tank again and again.
