CASPER, Wyo. — A new 66 unit apartment complex project is closer to breaking ground after the Mills Town Council approved a site plan on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
A spokesman for Omaha-based Cornerstone Associates says that their plan is to provide much needed family living options in Mills.
He said that Mills is in a relatively unique situation compared with most towns because they have more jobs available than they do housing.

Cornerstone is still in the bidding process to select a contractor to construct the planned complex.
But the designs are to build a total off 66 apartment units, including 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom layouts.
The complex will be built on what the council’s agenda refers to as the Natrona County Business Park.
The spokesman for Cornerstone said the location is behind the Maverik in Mills, which is located at 4651 West Yellowstone Highway.
