CASPER, Wyo. — David Street Station buzzed with energy on Saturday as the second 5150′ Festival kicked off, bringing a full day of live music and local vendors to downtown Casper.

A steady crowd remained throughout the day with vendors opening at noon and music starting at 1 pm. By the time sunset rolled around, the lawn was lined with chairs as attendees awaited the last two acts of the night.

Float Like A Buffalo, a 7-piece funk-rock group from Denver, had listeners clapping from beginning to end with their high-energy set.

Appetite for Deception, the “World’s Most Authentic Guns N’ Roses tribute band,” according to their Facebook page, ended the night with a set filled with all the rock classics and the outfits to match.

Visitors pull a letter from the 5150 Board. Many of the envelopes contained coupons for local businesses. (Brittani Wert, Oil City)
