Council tables adoption of Casper Historic Preservation Commission Strategic Plan

CASPER, Wyo. — Concerns were raised on Tuesday, Nov. 5 that a proposed Casper Historic Preservation Commission Strategic Plan may have excluded Casper’s black history.

The Casper City Council decided to table their vote on whether to adopt the plan until January 21.

That would give them time to more closely review the plan and determine whether they think any of the concerns raised on Tuesday need to be addressed.
