Casper Open Volleyball Tournament Champions crowned

CASPER, Wyo. — The Casper Recreation Division recently hosted the 34th Annual Casper Open Volleyball Tournament which concluded on Sunday, Nov. 17.

141 teams from Wyoming, Colorado, South Dakota and Nebraska competed across the tournament’s nine divisions.

“Nearly 500 matches were played on twenty-three courts located throughout Casper during this event which is touted as one of the largest adult volleyball tournaments in the region,” the Casper Recreation Division says. “This annual event positively impacts the local economy with over $300,000 of direct spending as a result of the large number of out of town teams traveling to Casper for the weekend.”
