CASPER, Wyo. — Urban Bottle Wine and Spirits is seeking to transfer ownership of their retail liquor license.

The license is currently owned by Art and Lynette Boatright and John and Lauren Griffith. Each of these individuals owns a 16.667% interest in the business. Jennifer True holds the remaining interest.

The parties are looking to transfer all interest in the business to the Griffiths.

Because that would involve the sale of over 10% of the interest in the business, the Casper City Council would need to approve of a transfer of ownership of the retail liquor license.

The council will vote on whether to establish a public hearing date for the transfer for Dec. 17 during their Tuesday, Dec. 3 meeting.

Urban Bottle is located at 410 South Ash Street.
