Police will have an increased presence in the area at the end of the school day, the school district says.

“As always, we ask you to remain diligent and keep an eye out for any suspicious behavior or individuals,” NCSD adds. “Please visit with your children about what they should do if they see or encounter a suspicious person or activity. Please contact local law enforcement with reports of any suspicious activity.”
