CASPER, Wyo. — The outstanding meal debt of all Natrona County School District student was erased ahead of the start of the spring semester.
A donation from the Central Wyoming Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute eliminated the meal debt for over 1,600 students.

They also raised enough money to host a Free Skate Day at David Street Station.
That will take place from 12-9 pm Saturday, Jan. 4.
“In order to accommodate as many skaters as possible, David Street Station kindly requests skaters limit their skate time and reserves the right to limit each skater to no more than one hour on the ice,” David Street Station says. “Ice Skate rentals are included in this free event.”
“All children under 10 must be supervised by a parent, and all children under 12 are required to wear a helmet provided free of charge at our kiosk.”
