CASPER, Wyo. —  Today’s forecast from the National Weather Service for the Casper area calls for sunny skies, and a high near 28 degrees. Wind chill values, however, are predicted as low as zero. Breezy, with a south southwest wind 13 to 20 mph.

Tonight, look for it to be mostly clear, with a low around 18 degress. Breezy, with a south wind 13 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph.

Thursday calls for sunny conditions, and a high near 43. Breezy, with a south wind 17 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Thursday night partly cloudy, with a low around 35.

Friday, a 40% chance of rain and snow between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, then a chance of snow after 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 40. Windy, with a southwest wind 24 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
