Update: CATC says as of 8:23 a.m. that phones are repaired and operations are back to normal.

CASPER, Wyo. — The Caper Area Transportation Coalition, otherwise known as CATC, is reportedly experiencing technical issues with their phone lines.

The announcement was made by City of Casper officials, early Thursday, June 11, 2020.

Officials say customers will not be able to call CATC on their existing number. It is however, still possible for residents to reach CATC offices to schedule a ride, schedule a pick-up, or ask a question at a temporary phone number.

Persons wishing to schedule a pick-up can call the alternate line at 307-554-0112 or by calling the non-emergency line at the Public Safety Dispatch Center, 307-258-8278 or 307-235-8277.
