CASPER, Wyo. — A two car crash occurred near the intersection of East 12th Street and Lincoln Street on the afternoon of Thursday, Sept. 17.
East 12th Street is closed as of 3:15 pm, according to an Oil City reporter on scene. A witness said that the crash occurred sometime between 2:30-2:45 pm Thursday.
The crash involved an 80s-era Ford and a late model SUV. Reporters observed an individual with bandages on their head walking around the scene.

The witness said the driver of the Ford had apparently been bleeding from the head but declined transport to the hospital. While Casper Police Department officers were on scene, a public information officer was not immediately available to confirm details of the incident.
The reporter on scene observed no ambulance as of 3:15 pm.
Traffic was being diverted away from the crash off of East 12th Street. No wrecker was on scene as of 3:15 pm.
