CASPER, Wyo — The Mills Police Department took to social media Sunday to thank the community for ensuring that Saturday’s Mills Centennial Summerfest “went off without a hitch.”
“No arrests were made and no citations were issued at the event, which we believe speaks volumes about the sense of community here in Mills,” the release stated.
“We appreciate your patience with the road closures and overall interruption in your daily routines,” police added.

SW Wyoming Boulevard was closed through town Saturday as residents celebrated with lines of food trucks, booths, activities, and live music in front of Mills City Hall, capped off by fireworks at night.
