CASPER, Wyo. — The Natrona County School District is asking parents/guardians of new bus riders or previous riders now living at a new address to register.
“Students that utilized NCSD Transportation during the 2020-2021 school year will automatically have their registration complete for the upcoming school year,” NCSD said in a Wednesday announcement. “Previous student bus riders who have not moved addresses do NOT need to complete the registration process. Communication will be coming soon with your student’s route information”
New riders and students who have moved to new addresses can be registered in the following manner, according to NCSD:

- Begin by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account through the NCSD Website.
- Ensure your physical address is accurate in your profile as well as your contact information and notification preferences.
- On the left side of the Index screen, scroll down to ‘More,’ under Quick Links > Bus Registration Request link.
“In accordance with federal requirements, students and staff will be required to wear face coverings while on NCSD Transportation and during transportation times at the Bus Hub,” the district notes. “NCSD will provide masks to staff and students as needed.”
“Students and staff will be highly encouraged to sanitize their hands upon entering and exiting the school bus. Hand sanitizer dispensers are located on each bus.”
Students will need to scan transportation cards when getting on and off buses. These transportation cards can be picked up during NCSD’s “Bus Hub Open House” from 4-7 p.m. August 26 or at the student’s back to school night.
