CASPER, Wyo. — The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will hear updates on enrollment numbers, COVID-19 policies, academic program reviews and budget reductions during the board’s regular meeting Wednesday-Friday, September 15-17, UW said.
There will also be time allocated for public testimony.
Action items to be considered are the approval for contracts for three projects (found on pages 145-150 of the trustees’ report):

- Ivinson Parking Garage and Police Facility — General Contractor Approval
- Casper Family Medicine South Entry and Parking Lot — Approval of Budget, Architect, and Delivery Method
- Hot Water Expansion and Tunnel Abandonment Project — Approval of Budget, Funding, and Designer
Committee meetings will be held Wednesday in the Gateway Center before President Ed Seidel’s 3 p.m. “State of the University” address at the Wyoming Union Ballroom.
Public testimony will be accepted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday. Those wishing to offer verbal testimony are encouraged to fill out the web form. The deadline is 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 14.
The update on program reviews and budget reductions is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Friday’s meeting begins with an executive session at 8:00 a.m. The public session will start around 8:30 a.m.
The meeting will take place in person at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center. UW’s pandemic protocols on wearing of masks and physical distancing will be observed.
There will be limited seating for members of the public to observe the meeting in person, but public sessions of the board and its committees may also be observed by the public at WyoLinks.
