CASPER, Wyo. — Have you been outside yet today? Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you absolutely have to leave.

Here are just a few photos from the storm today, and if you weren’t already convinced by the freezing temperatures not to go outside, this might be enough to persuade you!

Casper is experiencing its first full-on winter storm of the year! It’s exciting to see so much snow, even if it’s a dread to drive in.

According to the National Weather Service, we could see as much as 2 inches per hour. Make sure you bundle up because the temperatures can drop to -20 and -30 with the windchill.

We are looking for more photos of this crazy storm. Whether you get to stay in your home or you still have to go to work, we want pictures.

Maybe you’re having fun in the snow or maybe you’re miserable. Either way, you can get the chance to have your photo on Oil City News.

Send your photos to our inbox at news@oilcity.news or send it to our messenger on Facebook.

The roads might be too bad to connect with family and friends, but we can sure share the weather with each other from inside our warm homes.
