CASPER, Wyo. — The Lee and Felicia Castellow Adult Learning Center at Casper College will be hosting three High School Equivalency orientation sessions on Tuesday, January 11 in order to give people a chance to participate if they were unable to do so last week due to winter weather.

Attending an orientation session is required for anyone interested in earning their High School Equivalency Certificate through the Adult Learning Center at Casper College.

“We decided to host a makeup info session Tuesday because the bad weather kept many from attending this week,” Casper College Director of Adult Education and Lifelong Learning Chelse DePaolo-Lara said.

The three makeup sessions will take place at the Adult Learning Center at Casper College, located in the Werner Technical Center on the CC campus. Sessions will be held at the following times:

  • 9 a.m. Tuesday, January 11
  • 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 11
  • 6 p.m. Tuesday, January 11

“The service is free and open to the public,” Casper College said. “The High School Equivalency preparation includes social studies, science, language arts, reading, writing, and math. The orientation session is required for all students who want to earn their High School Equivalency Certificate.”
