CASPER, Wyo. — The Town of Evansville Council has approved the Self-Help Center’s site plan designs to build temporary housing for children and mothers at its facility on Luker Lane.
The resolution was approved at the council’s regular meeting Monday, Feb. 14.
The Self Help Center is a nonprofit offering services and resources for those experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse, stalking and substance abuse.
The facility’s phased expansion plan includes the construction of two buildings for a total of eight housing units and a play area.
