CASPER, Wyo. — The Casper Ice Arena is preparing to host fall ice skating and hockey classes for kids as well as an adult hockey league.

Casper Skating School classes for youth are set to begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26 and at noon Saturday, Oct. 1.

“The Casper Ice Arena coaches are a group of dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable experts committed to teaching the fundamentals of ice skating,” the Casper Ice Arena said. 

The upcoming skating lesson sessions are just the first of a variety scheduled throughout the season.

“All ages and ability levels are welcomed to register on ActiveCasper.com or contacting the rink at (307) 235-8484.”

The Casper Ice Arena will be offering a new “Battle of the BAD: Adult Hockey Tournament” from Oct. 28 through Oct. 30. That weekend tournament is open to any level, including beginners.

“All players who have novice hockey experience or are new to hockey are welcome to register at the Casper Ice Arena or ActiveCasper.com,” the press release said.

The adult hockey league will then be held from Nov. 6 to Dec. 18.

The Casper Ice Arena will also be hosting a variety of public skating, stick & puck and open figure skating sessions each week.

These ice rentals have affordable hourly rates which include skate rental for corporate outings, birthdays, hockey scrimmages, and figure skating competitions.
