CASPER, Wyo. — Celebrity Jeffree Star appears to have some plans for downtown Casper.
The company Yak Daddy LLC has acquired the building at 355 S. Ash St. next to David Street Station, Natrona County property records show. The building was formerly home to “The Hall on Ash,” which offered event space for things like concerts and weddings before both The Hall on Ash and the nearby Yellowstone Garage closed in March.
While 355 S. Ash is now owned by Yak Daddy LLC, the 824 W. Yellowstone Highway building that housed The Yellowstone Garage is still owned by John Huff’s Challenger Holdings LLC, property records show.
Yak Daddy LLC’s mailing address is 6420 Star Creek Road on the Star Yak Ranch. The registered agent for Yak Daddy LLC is listed as under the care of Ryan Ford, an attorney with Williams, Porter, Day & Neville.
Oil City News has reached out to the Star Yak Ranch and to Ford to ask if more information might be available about plans for the 355 S. Ash St. building now that it is owned by Yak Daddy LLC. Updates will be provided if more information becomes available.
