CASPER, Wyo. — The insanely cold Casper temperatures on Wednesday night did not go unnoticed inside the Ford Wyoming Center during the “Snoop Dogg’s Holidaze of Blaze” show.

Most of the hip-hop artists who performed hailed from such toasty environments as Atlanta, Los Angeles and, in T-Pain’s case, Florida, causing the multi-platinum-selling artist to quip that he bought a coat just for the occasion.

International superstar Snoop Dogg headlined the show and took the stage just after 10 p.m. T-Pain put on an energetic one-hour set before Snoop, running over much of the stage and engaging the enthusiastic house.

In contrast, west coast rapper Warren G gave a warm and mellow vibe with his funk-inspired classics.

Atlanta-based Crunk rappers The Ying Yang Twins normally consist of Kaine and D-Roc, but the latter was out sick, leaving Kaine to whip the crowd into a frenzy with the group’s popular and naughty raps.

Emerging country/rap artist Justin Champagne opened the show with a blend of hip-hop, rock and a tinge of Louisiana country.

The tour is scheduled to next stop in Colorado Springs for a performance tonight.
