CASPER, Wyo. — The annual celebration of Casper’s culinary scene returns next week for the fifth year in a row, according to a release by Visit Casper. 5150’ Restaurant Week will run from Sunday, Jan. 22 through Saturday, Jan. 28.
Thirty-seven businesses — from restaurants and breweries to coffee shops and bakeries — will offer special pricing on select items, many highlighting signature in-house creations.
Special offers are pegged to the following non-random, Wyoming-centric price points: $3.07, $18.90 and $51.50.
Racca’s, Eggington’s, Grant Street Grocery, Scarlow’s Art and Coffee, Rialto Soda Fountain, and all eight Casper breweries are among the participants, as are Buffalo Bean 307 and The Drinkery — the new Occasions by Cory operation at the former Urban Bottle.
A full list of the specials and participating businesses can be found on Visit Casper’s website here.
People can also check off visits on the digital passport to enter into a drawing for a $50 gift card, Visit Casper said.
Some restaurant managers say the event brings a welcome infusion of business during the post-holiday doldrums.
“We’re thrilled that so many businesses have chosen to help celebrate the 5150’ this year,” said Visit Casper CEO Tyler Daugherty in the release. “There are so many top-notch restaurants, craft beverage locations and more in Casper.“
“5150’ Restaurant Week is one of our most loved weeks in Casper,” said Amanda Sewell, Destination Experience Coordinator for Visit Casper. “We’re thrilled to have it returning for a fifth year in a row and can’t wait to see everyone out enjoying the 5150’ culinary scene.”
