CASPER, Wyo. — The Youth Empowerment Council will host a #WYAMPLIFY Valentine Bloody Valentine Dance on Feb. 11 from 8 to 10:30 p.m. for youth in grades 8–12 at ART 321.
The council invites everyone for a substance-free night of free food, great music and dancing.

The #WYAMPLIFY program provides substance-free activities in the community so that youth can explore opportunities such as outdoor activities, sports, arts, music, science, and literature.
