CASPER, Wyo. — This evening, the Natrona County Board of County Commissioners will consider a request by Columbia Parking LP for a preliminary plat of three lots totaling just over 20 acres to be zoned for light industrial use.
The plat will be part of a Sandhill Center subdivision.
County planner Kristie Turner and the Natrona County Planning and Zoning Commission have recommended the board approve the request, as it is consistent with the 2016 Development Plan, falls under the jurisdiction of the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office and is not on land that poses soil or topographical hazards.
The commissioners meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. at the Natrona County Courthouse, 200 N. Center St.
