CASPER, Wyo. — A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Casper Community Greenhouse Project’s new year-round greenhouse at Park Elementary School will be held on Thursday, March 23, according to a release Wednesday. The event will be held at 9:15 a.m.
This is the third project of its kind among Casper’s elementary schools, according to LeAnn Miller, director of project management at Fresh Foods WY/Casper Community Greenhouse Project.
The mission is to produce fresh and healthy local food for the Casper community in a way that
educates and fosters community development, the release said.
The Casper Community Project is a local organization and has been a Chamber Investor since
2018.
