CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Casper City Council will hold a special meeting this Thursday at 1 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber.
The purpose of the meeting is to authorize the City Manager to sign a letter of intent to enter into discussions and negotiations for land contiguous to the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center.
