During the Wyoming Eclipse Festival August 17 – 22, 2017, the City of Casper will enforce on-street parking restrictions and street closures.
On David Street from West B Street through the intersection of West 1st Street, no on-street parking will be allowed. Further south on David Street, where Yellowstone Highway turns into 2nd Street, to the intersection of David Street and West Midwest Avenue will also be closed to on-street parking.
Yellowstone Highway from David Street to Ash Street and Ash Street from Industrial Avenue to West Midwest Avenue will be under the same no on-street parking restriction.
From South Oak Street to Kimball Street, Yellowstone Highway /2nd Street will be closed to traffic and no on-street parking will be allowed.
