Dozens of hot air balloons took to the clear skies early Saturday, July 22, during the morning launch of the annual Casper Balloon Roundup.
People gathered to watch as hot air balloons from all over the region took flight from the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds and Fort Caspar. The event culminated with a downtown festival.
