CASPER, Wyo. – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a truck on US 20-26 early Friday morning
According to a Wyoming Highway Patrol report, a Ram 2500 was traveling eastbound around mile marker 23.3 when it encountered Randall Vanfleet, 31, in the roadway.
Vanfleet’s injuries were fatal, according to the report, which says “drugs and/or alcohol impairment are being investigated on behalf of the pedestrian.”

The investigation is ongoing to determine the location of the pedestrian on the roadway at time of impact.
