Six City of Casper buildings to have leaky roofs replaced for $99,885

CASPER, Wyo. — Some City of Casper buildings have roofs which are developing leaks and are “nearing the end of their operational lives.”

The city has selected Buffalo-based Dave Loden Construction, Inc. to conduct roof replacements for $99,885.

Buildings which will have their roofs removed and replaced include:

  • Central Wyoming Regional Water System Water Treatment Plant Raw Water Building
  • Sam H. Hobbes Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester Control Building
  • four booster stations

The city council authorized the contract with Dave Loden Construction during their Tuesday, Feb. 4 meeting.

Dave Loden Construction’s bid was the lower of two received by the city.

The new roofs will come with a 20 year warranty. The replacement work is scheduled to be complete by Aug. 28.
