CASPER, Wyo. — NCHS’s Julie Dysart was honored during a signing ceremony on Wednesday afternoon.

Dysart will play softball at Bismarck State College in North Dakota.

She chose Bismarck over other schools because of the school’s coach and how helpful he was with the sport and academics, she said.

She started her softball career with tee-ball, then 1A and 2A baseball before moving into softball. “The softball never stopped,” she said.

Dysart, who is already a CNA, will be pursuing a nursing degree.
