CASPER, Wyo. — Kelly Walsh High School volleyball players Abi Milby and Peyton Carruth held a signing ceremony on Monday for friends and family after signing to play volleyball at the University of Wyoming.
“Wyoming has always been my home,” said Carruth. “Going to the camps growing up, it was the place I always knew I wanted to be.” She’ll join her older sister, Corin, who is a junior on the university’s volleyball team.
“I just have a love for UW,” said Milby. “I just have a love of the team and the coaches and the atmosphere there.
“I think I made the best decision and I’m very excited.”
Both athletes will be pursuing degrees related to physical therapy, they said.
