CASPER, Wyo. — There were tears and cheers among the heartfelt speeches and songs during the graduation ceremony for the NCHS class of 2023.

The class that began its high school experience with the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic gladly received its diplomas on Thursday night at the Ford Wyoming Center. Nearly 400 graduates walked across the stage at the ceremony.

Roosevelt and NCHS held their graduation ceremonies on Thursday. Friday will see Midwest High School celebrate its graduates at their school, and Kelly Walsh High School seniors will have their turn that evening at the Ford Wyoming Center.
