CASPER, Wyo. — Tomorrow, Sept. 22, the Casper City Council will hold a special meeting for the purposes of leadership elections, oaths and adjournment into an executive session to discuss matters regarding personnel, legal advice and security.
The meeting comes after the resignation of Bruce Knell as Casper’s mayor.
The meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Lyric, located at 230 W. Yellowstone Highway. The agenda for the special meeting is available below.
