CASPER, Wyo. — The Casper Recreation Division announced on Thursday, April 25 that their Summer 2019 Activities Guide is now available.
“Summer registration for Recreation Division classes and passes is officially open!” the Recreation Division release reads. “Summer classes include dance, gymnastics, swimming lessons, ice skating, arts and crafts, youth sports camps, fitness, and more!”
The guide can be viewed online or is available at the Casper Recreation Center or Ice Arena, the release adds.

Registering for activities, classes or passes can be completed online at www.ActiveCasper.com. (Note: website was down as of Thursday morning, but the Parks Division said they’re working to get it operational).
There will be various camps and activities throughout the summer. A Basketball Skills Camp, Youth Volleyball Skills Camp, Youth Gymnastics, Taekwondo classes, fitness classes and Youth Tennis classes will be offered.
Summer Adventure Camp will run from June 10-August 23.
Dance and Pottery Parties will be held at Fort Caspar Musuem beginning in June.
People can register for various levels of swim classes as well. There will also be special swim days and pool events and hours are listed in the guide.
Ice skating classes will be offered at the Ice Arena.
Kids Fishing Day will take place June 1 at Yesness Pond.
Tropical Christmas in July is scheduled for July 25 at Marion Kreiner Pool.
Beach Day is July 26 at the Casper Family Aquatic Center.
Pet Fest will be August 15 at Highland Park.
