CASPER, Wyo. — ART 321 is hosting a day packed with dance, live music, tournaments, 45 art vendors, prizes and paint at The Art of the Party.
The festivities unfold in the new Old Yellowstone District parking lot outside the gallery at 321 Midwest Ave. on Saturday, June 4 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The annual fundraiser is a great opportunity to support the gallery’s programming and the work of local artists, said executive director Tyler Cessor.
Activities on hand are detailed below:
Teams must register by May 30 for the cornhole, dart, or dodgeball tournaments. Entry fees are on a $100–$250 sliding scale. Anyone can also bet on (or against) a chosen team, with winners splitting a portion of the payout with ART 321.
Prizes include a dinner for 15 at West Fork Lodge and a trip for four to The Golf Club at Devil’s Tower.
At least 36 gallons of paint will be on hand for people to unleash their creativity with drill-spin splatters and pendulum pours. The prepared Creator Kits should get people started with a few ideas.
At 1 p.m., Cessor said he will stand for paint splattering from those who give a donation to ART 321.
Evening concert and Silent Disco:
The John Roberts y Pan Blanco ensemble is renowned for its high-energy Afro-Latin grooves and soulful instrumental solos. The concert begins at 8 p.m., and VIP ticket holders get front-row seats.
Party Pack and VIP ticket holders will also get the app and headphones to set them up for the Silent Disco at 10 p.m.
Over 48 vendors will be set up at the vibrant Night Art Market, created in partnership with Funky Junk District. Western Art and the Art of Pride will also be on display in the ART 321 gallery.
Tickets can be purchased beforehand, online, or at the door.
General admission is $25, and packages including admission to other events range to up to $85.
The VIP package gets entrants:
- Admission to the Night Art Market
