CASPER, Wyo. — Hideaway Bar & Package will host the third annual Hotrods & Harleys show on Saturday, Aug. 6 at the Natrona County Fairgrounds. All proceeds will benefit Hunting with Heroes, a nonprofit that provides disabled veterans with hunting and fishing experiences.

Registration costs $20 for each car or bike, and begins at 9 a.m. at the fairgrounds, but early registration is also available at the Hideaway bar in Mills, according to the show’s Facebook event page.

Hideaway also wrote that the event includes “gun raffles, live and silent auctions, 50/50 raffle, live music, food and drinks and tons of fun!!!” The band “Walking Snakes” will begin performing at 11.

The event is expected to go until 4 p.m., according to the page. An afterparty will be held at the Hideaway Bar starting at 6 p.m., where the band Burning Bridges will perform.

Hunting with Heroes Wyoming is a nonprofit providing hunting, fishing and other outdoor experiences to veterans with disabilities. “We offer a progressive healing environment where disabled veterans are welcome and supported,” the organization states on its website. “A community where they can discover hope again, no matter what battles they continue to fight physically or emotionally.”

Veterans with service-connected disability ratings of 50% or more can be honored with these experiences by the nonprofit. Hunting with Heroes Wyoming works with state agencies, landowners and local volunteers to offer programs customized to the needs of each veteran.
