CASPER, Wyo. — This afternoon, downtown Casper was filled with smiling faces, the smell of food and lots of green. The reason: the annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl.
Nine local establishments took part, with a crawl that kicked off with a 5K race before participants got started making their way through several local bars and eateries.
