CASPER, Wyo. — The Casper Roughnecks are set to face the Rogue Valley Royals in their season home-opener at the Casper Ice Arena, 1801 E. 4th St., on Friday, Sept. 22 at 7:30 p.m. In a welcoming gesture to fans, the inaugural game will be open to the public free of charge.
“Let’s pack the rink and give a warm welcome to your newest sports team in town!” urged Danny Randall, owner and head coach of the Roughnecks.
Fans attending the game can also look forward to Roughneck merchandise, raffles and an opportunity to purchase season tickets. While the opening game is free, regular admission will be charged for future games. More information is available on the team website.
