Nearly 14,000 pounds of beef and pork are being recalled after a processing plant in Denver failed to follow regulations.
According to a USDA release, Denver Processing LLC is recalling approximately 13, 865 pounds of raw pork and beef that were produced after hours and without inspection.
The items were shipped to retail locations in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming, according to the USDA.

They were produced on April 9, 2019, and have the establishment number “EST. 6250.”
The release says some products have been sold to customers and may be in their coolers or freezers. They should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
