CASPER, Wyo — 18 new laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Wyoming as of 8:42 am Sunday, July 12. That brings the total number of lab confirmed cases to 1,506, according to the Wyoming Department of Health (WDH).

The WDH reports the average number of COVID-19 cases per day as follows:

  • Last 21 days: 25.86
  • Last 14 days: 27.00
  • Last 7 days: 26.14

Wyoming has seen 356 probable cases, 4 more than reported Saturday. There have been 21 COVID-19 related deaths reported in the state.

Four new lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Natrona County on Sunday, which has seen 139 lab confirmed cases overall. Natrona’s probable case count increased by 2 to reach 26 on Sunday.

11 new recoveries from among those with a lab confirmed case in Wyoming were reported on Sunday, bringing the total to 1,096. Probable case recoveries stand at 276.

An additional recovery from a lab confirmed case was reported in Natrona on Sunday, bringing the total to 89. No new probable case recoveries were reported, which stand at 13.

54,917 total COVID-19 tests have been completed in Wyoming. That includes 27,451 from the Wyoming Public Health Laboratory.
