CASPER, Wyo. – Schools are open and on schedule this morning in Natrona County, according to the Natrona County School District.

“Our dedicated Maintenance, Custodial, and Transportation teams are working hard to make sure when that first bell rings this morning, students can walk through the doors ready to learn,” said an email from the district.

WYDOT is reporting black ice along I-25 and on most highways around Casper this morning. The majority of road troubles appear to be on I-80 between the Nebraska border and Laramie, with some lane and road closures for accidents and weather.
