CASPER, Wyo. – Casper was a lonely, snowy island unto itself on Saturday as a storm pummeled the region this weekend.
Roads leading into and out of Casper were closed starting Friday evening. As of 2:30 p.m. today all of I-25 and most of I-80 are closed indefinitely.
While some businesses closed, most of downtown Casper stayed open for Small Business Saturday, and the annual Community Christmas Tree lighting and downtown Christmas parade are expected to continue as usual.

Around town, Casper residents made the best of the situation by shopping, playing and even posing for wedding photos in the winter Oil City wonderland.
