CASPER, Wyo. — The Wyoming Department of Transportation is reporting “dangerous winds” on both Outer Drive in the Casper area as well as on I-25 from Casper to Wheatland on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
I-25 is closed to light, high profile vehicles due to gusting winds from Casper to Wheatland, as is WYO 258 (Outer Drive) from Mills to Evansville.
While I-25 is open to all traffic in other areas, WYDOT is reporting strong winds along the interstate across the state. I-25 is also slick with snowfall from Kaycee to Buffalo.

Both I-80 and I-90 are also seeing strong winds. I-80 is closed to light, high profile vehicles from Cheyenne to Elk Mountain, as is I-90 from Sheridan to Buffalo.
