CASPER, Wyo —It will be dry and slightly warmer Saturday in central Wyoming, though temperatures will still be below normal for mid-April, said the National Weather Service (NWS) in Riverton.
Temperatures will warm through Sunday, with readings in the lower 60s possible near Riverton and Worland.
Casper will see a high of 43 Saturday, with partly sunny skies. Sunday’s high will be around 48, with breezy conditions and gusts up to 21 mph in the afternoon.

Sunday’s warm spell comes ahead of another cold front expected to bring more snow and sub-freezing temperatures, with near record lows for the date expected Monday and Tuesday.
The most significant snowfall in the Bighorn Mountains. Casper could get 2-3 inches by Sunday night, with up to 7 inches by Monday.
Monday’s high temps will be 25 to 30 degrees colder than Sunday’s highs for many areas, NWS said, with a high of 26 in Casper.
