CASPER, Wyo. — Both Interstate 25 and I-80 have reopened to most traffic in Wyoming, according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation. A closure impacting Casper Mountain Road (Wyoming Highway 251) has also been lifted.
Full closures persist on I-90 from Buffalo to Moorcroft as of 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, according to WYDOT.
While I-25 and I-80 have been reopened to most traffic, some portions of both interstates are closed to light, high-profile traffic due to gusting winds. That includes I-25 from Cheyenne to Wheatland and I-80 from Laramie to Walcott Junction. Extreme blow over risk advisories are in effect on those portions of the interstates.
