CASPER, Wyo. — Friday will be the warmest day this week just ahead of cooler temperatures and precipitation over the Halloween weekend.
According to the National Weather Service in Riverton, today’s high is expected to reach 63 degrees with sunny skies and blustery winds.
Saturday will be breezy with a high of 50 degrees before rain and snow move through central Wyoming overnight.
On Halloween, snow mixed with rain is expected with wind gusts up to 30 mph and a high of 40 degrees under cloudy skies.
Intermittent snow showers are expected through Sunday night, clearing before noon on Monday. Sunday’s overnight low will dip to 27 degrees and Monday’s high will be around 40 degrees.
